foundry industry. It was established in 1946, on the initiative of a group of important operators in this sector and at
present comprises the most qualified companies specialized in:

The members’ products represent a large part of Italy’s production, and are well-know for their high quality, as a
result of research and experience. This production is distributed in Italy and all over the world.
AMAFOND is a founding member of CEMAFON, CEMAFON is the European Committee of the Manufacturers of Materials and Products for Foundries.
The concerns which are members of AMAFOND are subdivided into 4 groups:

3 - Fournaces for melting and for heat treatment group
4 - Die casting machines and equipment
AMAFOND, through its associate membership gives effective and important support to the production and technological
