PROFILE:

Founded in 2001 by its present owners, Giovanni Baronio and Marco Medeghini, the E6pos Applied Robotics is a company specialized in manufacturing: equipment for the enslavement of die-casting machines (piece extraction, lubricates the mold, the prefinishing), robotic systems for gravity casting (aluminum, brass, cast iron), robotic samplers for blast furnaces, robotic contouring and finishing of metal products and composite materials, end of line palletizing equipment on tank or pallet. From design to final production, as a tailor and with the aid of modern technological tools (3D Simulator, ERP, SCADA) fully realize in-house tour production needs. The feasibility study included in each type of offer (even the most ordinary), preliminary testing at our factory with a test of efficiency and implementation of corrective actions, are the steps that precede the start of production with final testing of all our installation.

Robotized islands for downloading horizontal size press:

Extraction work piece, extraction with spryer, fotosensor or artificial vision control, cooling, trimming, palletization, deposit on chute or conveyor, inserts loading, piece deburring inside the machine cycle, remote control with only two bottons: start/stop, area regeneration, software to manage collision with automatic repositioning, parametric software to pick deadhead and piece palletization

Robotized islands of gravity casting:

Servo system of fixing and tilting ,horizontal or vertical gravity casting machine
Robot from 45 to 1300 Kg with 6 or 8 axis
Autoteached, parameterized or drived by SCADA supervisor tilting points
system of tilting completely synchronized

Robotized islands for downloading vertical size press:

Heavy forging handling
Handling of hot steel stamping
Handling of hot brass stamping

Robotized islands for handling, deburring and finishing:

Sound-proof cabin with modular anti-crash glasses
Automatic loading on chuck, rotating crib, conveyor or directly on robot flange
Pneumatic change of tools with quick fitting
Plain shafts with axial and radial compensation
Electro-plain shafs with change of speed
Straight, cross and diamond grinders
Offset grinding unit with varying load for scouring and finish
Polishing and/or buffing
Post-processor software for off-line programming without aid of console for the self-learning of points
