IECI Thermal Regulators was founded in 1972 as an industrial electro-plumbing company. The company specialises in the production of thermal regulators for dies for the metal industries, responding to the rising demand of its clients for equipment to control die temperature.
The strong will for innovation has quickly brought IECI to consider technological research and experimentation to the centre of its corporate policy. By means of the continuous evolution of its own products, and in light of the vast applicative experience, IECI Thermal Regulators has added to the elaboration of numerous international patents, which confirm the prominence placed position in the field of temperature control of dies.
Alongside the validity of the equipment, the company has created a technical service assistance capable and efficient, which has gathered notable agreements amongst the final users.
The internal technical staff offer a preventive consultancy with regards to the entire temperature control system of the dies (including the water/oil distribution systems). This service has the aim of making the final user able to undertake a conscious and economical choice between the various types of systems and equipment offered.
Commercially in Italy IECI has organised a clear and precise service, directly managing every contact with the client from within the company.
The external sales network is however based on technicians-agents, able to efficiently answer to the main requirements of the users.
Recently, the process in order to achieve the ISO9001 Certificate has been started, confirming the will of IECI Thermal Regulators to constantly improve its service offered to the customers.
