FAIST Light Metals Engineering s.r.l. is an Italian company born in 1987 in Bologna area, focused on design and manufacturing of Die Casting tools, mainly for Automotive, Telecom and Industrial markets.
Started as a family-owned business, the company had a progressive development becoming an industrial player, able to satisfy market requests, thanks to its skilled and experienced team, and state-of-the-art machines, supplying important international industrial customers.
We can realize dies up to a total weight of 18 tons. Our specialized team follows every production stage from the design up to the sampling phase.
Furthermore, our internal expertise with a deep insight in foundry processes is able to support the Customer not only during the design and development stage but also as far as feasibility analysis, part co-design and advanced simulation activities are concerned.
The long-lasting experience matured in the design and manufacturing of dies for the Automotive, Telecom and Industrial sectors allow us to get a comprehensive technical overview on specific critical issues, giving us the possibility to think strategically by sharing and applying cross skills and solutions to all sectors in a mutual and profitable way.
